In the event of any dispute arising under, out of or in connection with this agreement/invoice, including any dispute relating to the validity of this agreement/invoice, the parties shall, refer the dispute to WeVaad for resolution through [mediation/conciliation]. The [mediation/conciliation] shall be conducted in accordance with [WeVaad Mediation Rules/WeVaad Conciliation Rules], by a sole [mediator/conciliator] to be appointed by WeVaad.

In an event that the parties are unable to resolve any such dispute through [mediation/conciliator] within 30 days of the reference of dispute to [mediation/conciliation] to be conducted by WeVaad, the dispute shall be referred to WeVaad for resolution through arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with WeVaad Arbitration Rules, by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by WeVaad. The language of arbitration shall be English and the proceedings shall be conducted online on WeVaad web application platform.
